Entries Close: The Tuesday prior to each event
- Entries will be limited and accepted on a first come, first served basis.
- Late entries accepted at the discretion of the secretary and subject to a £2 surcharge
- No refunds after entries close

Start Times:
Weekend Dressage - Times will be available on the website www.bicton-arena.co.uk or telephone 01395 441162 the Thursday before the competition between 3.00-4.30pm.
Evening Dressage – Times will be available on the website www.bicton-arena.co.uk or telephone 01395 441162 the day before the competition between 3.00-4.30pm.
Copies of all dressage tests are available from Gemma Cooke, Bicton Arena, East Budleigh, EX9 7BL.
Please enclose S.A.E and 40p per test.
General Rules and Conditions
o No responsibility can be taken by the organisers for any accident or damage to competitors, attendants, animals, spectators, or their property, or vehicles of any description. By entering this competition, the exhibitor of any horse or pony accepts that Bicton Arena, the organiser or any of the officers of the show will not be held responsible or accountable for anything that may happen from any cause or circumstance whatsoever to any persons, exhibitors or their servants or to any animal or article or property brought into the show ground.
o The judge’s decision is final
o Hats to current British Safety Standard must be worn when mounted
o Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times
o The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule, refuse entry and to cancel a class.
o No lungeing.
o Warm up only in designated area.
o It is your responsibility to report to the steward on time for your test.
o Please pick up your muck before leaving.
o No horse/pony under 4 years of age may compete.
PYO – Pick your own test, choose one of the Elementary tests listed to ride, all 3 tests will be run as one class with the overall percentages being used to decide the placing’s.
Series Points: 1st = 3 Points, 2nd = 2 Points, 3rd = 1 Point
Test Score Points: 55% + 1 Point, 60% + 2 Points, 65% + 3 Points, 70% + 4 Points, 75% + 5 Points
*RUG & SASH TO OVERALL WINNER OF THE SERIES* Please note our Dressage series runs from January-June inclusive.
CRICKLANDS FINALS
A score of 58% or over in any Prelim or Novice test qualifies horse and rider combination for the Summer League finals to be held at The David Broome Event Centre from 5th-7th October 2012.
A registration card must be completed and signed by the secretary on the day.
